I brought it back to the store and exchange it for black 63 and tricolor 63. the price was less so I was refunded the difference.

The ink is expensive but it's worth it. The copies are super. This is the reason I keep buying the ink from Best Buy. It's the best store for ink and everything else.

These kind of cartridge are very difficult to find on the store’s and they are very expensive. Terrible story, I lost my time, my money and the worst were the prints that I really need, bad HP cartridge and printers, I don’t recommend.

The cartridges should last a decent amount of time. I'm sorry that wasn't the case. You are already using an XL cartridge, which is designed to last longer. I think print preview would eliminate the amount of imperfect copies you print. Decreasing the print quality settings can save ink. Lastly, turn off the printer unless actively using it. This action protects the cartridge.

Unfortunately, you bought the wrong ink. It happens to customers periodically. Best Buy lists its return policy here, www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/. To prevent this situation in the future, write down the serial number from your previous cartridge. Look up the number when purchasing online. This habit creates better luck for the future.
