    Customer service was great, the manager was awesome at explaining I would get more bang for my buck if I bought two ink cartridges in one package. Compared to buying them individually, so that really helped. Plus it was easy to replace, so thanks.

    I have a printer and computer and a TV from Best Buy so always try to buy what I need when I am in Champaign. Stacey was wonderful help with setting up my TV and the young man who helped me get the cartridge was super also.

    Overall quality is good BUT it is overpriced! We are paying for the HP brand. Because of the forced purchase of HP only products for my Envy printer, I am shopping for a new NON-HP printer that allows me to use off brand ink cartridges. Incidentally, in the past I owned Canon printer that used any compatible ink cartridges that were more affordable.

    I like the ink but it is so little for the money. Seems like the cartridges are holding even less recently since they started the ink program.

    Printers nowadays come with cartridges that tou refill on line. You have to renew the subscription for the printer to continue printing even though I was not out of ink. Thru out the original cartridges that came with printer and installed these. It solved the issue.

    Good amount of copies easy to install. I have gotten at least 500 copies with the black ink, the color ink I do not use it that much!
