Then they want to to subscribe, if you don’t you can’t or have to pay for wireless printing. It’s a joke.works good, just a rip,off game

We never use the printer because everything is turned in electronically now but I needed to print documents for family court. Our ink was all dried out so I rushed to Best Buy for ink. I needed to print out a calendar so basically 12 pages. After about 7 pages the brand new ink was empty. There was not enough ink in a brand new cartridge to print 12 pages. I will not support HP any longer. I have 2 HP printers that I tossed the in the trash right after this.
