I managed to print 50 pages only and had to buy new cartridges after that. When I asked for help from customer support in the store, I was told that these cartridges are not returnable. After I decided to buy a second new cartridge, I asked for a guarantee that cartridges are functional. Customer support refused to give any guarantee. I was told to go to a different store. Eventually, I bought the cartridge online from HP, delivered to my address with better quality and customer support.

It ran out of ink in less than 5 minutes. I've bought two cartridges and the ink doesn't last. I've used cartridges from other HP printer models and they worked very well for me.
