    Scam! We never use the printer because everything is turned in electronically now but I needed to print documents for family court. Our ink was all dried out so I rushed to Best Buy for ink. I needed to print out a calendar so basically 12 pages. After about 7 pages the brand new ink was empty. There was not enough ink in a brand new cartridge to print 12 pages. I will not support HP any longer. I have 2 HP printers that I tossed the in the trash right after this.

    Something I refuse to rate high, everyone knows inks over priced. Then they want to to subscribe, if you don’t you can’t or have to pay for wireless printing. It’s a joke.works good, just a rip,off game

    It's nice to get the ink in one package, but i am disappointed in how little ink there is in it. Quite expensive for such little return in the amount of pages that can be printed.

    Ink drops to the lowest levels in a very short period and I print only one or two pages per week. I bought it in March and we are in May and today I have to buy another package. I don’t recommend this product.

    Do not buy ink from this store. My package had empty ink cartridges in it! I live too far from a store and the rep told me I could not return them. Terrible customer service!
