I wasted $40 and a trip! Does anyone need an opened cartridge for free?

Not worth the money.

Defective

I explained i didn’t need it right away and had just installed the new ink. They didn’t want to hear it.

Printer is made to work with subscription service. If you want a real printer by another brand. HP printers are over now. Sad news for a consumer

Employee Gave Me Wrong Ink!!

I needed hp 61 ink, not 67, so I guess I'll just toss it in the trash, since I can't return it.

Ink was apparently dried out and I wasn’t able to use it at all. The warranty is also expired so I lost out on money buying the dual pack.
