    The color pack wouldn't work long with my printer, the black did. The color later 3 documents Ana had my machine reading, "bad cartridge" usually my things are fine from here, but this package i must return.

    Supposedly buying new ink would make all of the ink levels full. Not this time! My color levels are now full; however, after only printing out a test page, the black levels are not full. So weird!

    I gave the salesman my information of my printer purchased there; I got home, opened the cartridge and it was the wrong size. I wasted $40 and a trip! Does anyone need an opened cartridge for free?

    Product was defective and Best Buy refused to help because it was after the 30 days refund policy. I explained i didn’t need it right away and had just installed the new ink. They didn’t want to hear it.
