    The ink was dry. I managed to print 50 pages only and had to buy new cartridges after that. When I asked for help from customer support in the store, I was told that these cartridges are not returnable. After I decided to buy a second new cartridge, I asked for a guarantee that cartridges are functional. Customer support refused to give any guarantee. I was told to go to a different store. Eventually, I bought the cartridge online from HP, delivered to my address with better quality and customer support.

    There is no way this has 120 page yield unless there is barely any color. I am lucky if I was able to print out 12 color pages. This is VERY disappointing. To be fair, I was printing out something that was color-heavy. I got through 5.... yes, *FIVE* pages before the color started running out.

    The #67 black ink cartridge printed 21 pages and then ran out of ink. It ran out of ink in less than 5 minutes. I've bought two cartridges and the ink doesn't last. I've used cartridges from other HP printer models and they worked very well for me.

    Something I refuse to rate high, everyone knows inks over priced. Then they want to to subscribe, if you don’t you can’t or have to pay for wireless printing. It’s a joke.works good, just a rip,off game
