HP - 67 Standard Capacity - Tricolor Ink Cartridge

Posted .Hi Lola,
I regret that the cartridge seemed to run out too quickly. That had to be disappointing.
You might have better luck getting an XL cartridge. Most people consider it a better value.
If the poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge, please consider returning it to the seller.

Sad situation
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just had to order another one and haven't had the other 1 butt since January and barely use color ink only black-and-white I don't know what's going on but the quality of these items is going down

Posted .Hi,
I understand constantly ordering ink is a hassle. We strive to make the ordering process seamless. If you would like, you can try the XL cartridges. Some consumers find great value in them. Buying in bulk is another solution. Avoiding color is an excellent step for ink conservation. It is not the only step. I recommend using the print preview or draft mode to avoid extra copies.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ehh what can I say? This ink gets used up pretty quick and kinda expensive. Why can’t I buy a combo pack anymore? Oh yeah, because it’s another way to get the consumer to spend more money
This review is from HP - 67 Standard Capacity Ink Cartridge - Tri-color
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from HP Team
Posted .Hi,
I am sorry that your cartridges don't seem to last long enough. I can understand if you are irritated by it.
The combo packs are probably just temporarily unavailable. There are shortages of the cartridges in some areas. There has been a definite increase in online orders during the lockdowns. Supply hasn't been keeping up with demand.
We are also experiencing shipping delays because the delivery companies are having a hard time keeping up with orders too.

Posted .Hi there Jason,
The print quality is poor and faded. I understand we didn't meet your standards. Faded ink is the result of a dry or clogged cartridge. Regular maintenance prevents these types of situations. If there is anything I can do for you, let me know.

Posted .Hi Maky,
What did you print? Twice is a relatively short time for a cartridge. It makes me wonder if you printed images.
Have you checked for leaks? In this situation, a leak could ruin the pages.
It is rare, but you may have received a defective cartridge. We would regret your situation if that were the outcome. I hope you will consider giving HP another chance.

Not worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk. Is there any ink in these. What a joke the amount of money spent to print 5-10 pages.

Posted .Hi,
I am sorry that you had this problem. However, Ink usage usually determines how long each individual cartridge lasts. High-density prints (like images and graphs) use more ink, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the air is dry.
Here are some things that could help lower your ink costs:
- Consider using XL cartridges. Most people say they are a much better value
- Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible
- Shut the printer down between uses
- Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying
- Subscribe to Instant Ink, then you only pay by the page and not for the cartridges themselves
The seller is responsible for the product they sold you. If poor performance appears to be due you getting a partially filled or defective cartridge, consider contacting the seller about that.

Posted .Hello Nancy,
It's a shame you decided not to keep the printer. We provide technical support to help you set up a new printer and ensure everything is going smoothly. If you no longer need the cartridges, a return can be made on Best Buy's website. The site, www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/, has an online form to start a return. Good luck with your future purchases.

Posted .Hi JJ,
I was unhappy to find you are having this problem. It does seem the cartridge should have lasted longer
Here are some things that might help lower your ink costs:
- Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible, to help stretch out black and colored ink
- Use the black-only setting when you can, to help to save colored ink
- Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying.
- Shutting the printer down between uses will save electricity and a few drops of ink here and there that are used to keep the inkjets cleared and ready for your next print job.
- Instant Ink lets you pay by the page and can save you a lot, especially if you print high-density frequently. Check out the details at: instantink.com
If it appears that poor performance is due to a defect or you got a cartridge that was already low on ink, please contact the seller. You can return a defective cartridge or exchange it either to the store or by mail.
According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

Posted .Hi,
I am truly sorry that you were under the impression that the cartridges were discontinued. They are newer cartridges that are still being actively manufactured.
Perhaps the inventory for the ones you wanted was low. Oftentimes demand exceeds supply in certain areas. Many businesses are having trouble getting timely deliveries too.
I hope you are able to find the cartridges in stock soon!
