    No Ink despite putting in Cartridges correctly 3x! Purchased Cartridges Online at Best Buy. When I belatedly complained to BEST BUY, was told might have Dried Out! Why would BB SELL EXPIRED/DRIED OUT INK CARTRIDGES? I print Infrequently, but when I NEED TO PRINT, CARTRIDGES SHOULD HAVE INK! My Older HP Photo Smart ( Not Wireless) Still Copies w. #98 Cartridges.     The XL ink cartridges last me several months whereas the standard cartridges only last about two and a half weeks. I just wish Best Buy was better able to keep them in stock.

    I went in to store with my Empty cartridge HP OfficeJet Pro realizing I am coming in more often since working from home I asked Employee to help me find larger capacity I was given a cartridge that did not fit I’m not saying it’s bad quality just bad direction

      I understand you purchased the XL cartridges and they did not fit. How
      inconvenient! Returns and exchanges are simple to process. Go to www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/ to exchange or return the cartridge through Best Buy.

      If you are going through many cartridges while working from home, you might want to consider the instant ink program. Print preview can also be viewed before every print, to cut down on waste.
