I’ve never had an issue with cartridges before so was pretty bummed out. I thought it was my new printer but after replacing the cartridges I realized it was them and not the printer. Best Buy was gracious enough to return since they really don’t return open cartridges. Bad cartridges but great customer service from Best Buy. Thank you.

Page yields are important to most of our customers. As for the recognition error, I can shed some light on fixing it. I know this hindrance greatly impacted your printing. If you can't return the cartridge, it was either because the packaging was open or the return period is over. In the future, check the policy before use. Boy was I wrong. I am currently trying to speak to HP as I did not get even half of what I normally get out of the regular cartridge. So disappointed. It has to be defective.
