    I bought ink for my printer but when I installed it the color cartridge was defective. I had to go back to Best Buy & return it. Best Buy was very good about it and exchanged it with no problem. Best Buy, 5 stars; ink-3 stars.

    Ok I never have issues with ink working and since I get 15% off I always buy from Best Buy BUT they honestly barely last. Im not someone who is constantly printing so for me to run out as often as I do.. it is frustrating...

    I have an older HP printer, and Best Buy is one of the few places I can find the printer cartridges I need for it. They are a little pricey, but I don't have to buy them very often.

    I love being able to buy both the black and color ink cartridges in one package, but as usual they don't run out at the same time. It is frustrating that I run out of ink so often. They need to put more in a cartridge.

    So I"ve always had luck buying my HP 74/75 print cartridges at Best Buy............what a disappointment when I put in the Black (74) and color (75) cartridges.......the black ink cartridge was fine....but the Color ink was at about 10% and so my computer couldn't print anything with color....so i am unable to print most of my documents........not money well spent.....
