I had to go back to Best Buy & return it. Best Buy was very good about it and exchanged it with no problem. Best Buy, 5 stars; ink-3 stars.

Im not someone who is constantly printing so for me to run out as often as I do.. it is frustrating...

They are a little pricey, but I don't have to buy them very often.

It is frustrating that I run out of ink so often. They need to put more in a cartridge.
