Had to return this item to Best Buy, because the black cartridge would not work in my printer. My printer read that the cartridge was defective or missing. I ended up purchasing the cartridge from Staples.

Tried to load the cartridge but my printer is saying that the cartridge is not compatible!! Went back to the store who told me I have to contact HP for a refund!!!

I purchased this no may 5th 2012 and the black ink is dried already I think i have a problem

My printer said the black ink cartridge was not an HP even though it was labeled as such.

Gave clerk info on printer. One purchased was wrong. Bought for a second home which is 5 hours away. Very unhappt.

I was so happy to find this after Costco quit carrying it. In fact they told me they didn't think it was available anywhere. Well Best Buy fooled them! It's great to be able to buy the two in a combo and not feel like I just bought a car. Great deal!

Usually I order recycled or refill ink, and may again, however this ink is vastly superior. The colors print so vividly and tru to screen. I often enhance photos so I like to say "Better-Then-Life". I reprinted a picture that was recently printed with "refill" ink any eye could see the difference. I also do a cleaning and head alinement when I get new ink. I don't know why but it was markedly quicker. The picture looks like my screen without any adjustments that can be a pain. It's nice to know that the Cartrage is new and all contacts are fresh and clean. Yes the price is almost triple but there are definite advantages with the premium ink. Things look so much better. After all that's what it's about looking at pictures.

I've been using this ink about 6 yrs & I have absolutly NOOOO complaints. Easy to load, easy to align w/ my printer, nice picture prints, great for documents & the price for the combo is a steal compared to store prices & buying individually.

I have never had any issues with these particular ink cartridges. Quick and easy installation. Easy to understand numbering system. Color is intense and consistent. Ink lasts for a long time, and the combo pack saves money. Good purchase.

Thankful for ink with quality at a great price! Purchased this online for in-store pick-up. It was actually not on sale in-store, but a sales associate assured me if I were to buy it in-store the price would have been adjusted to price match. Wonderful and quick customer service. I love the fact that these two products are put together in one pack.  It saves money and time.  All I have to do is order one thing.  I've had so many problems with trying to find ink cartriges in the past.  This solved all of the problems by packing them together and it probably  is a good thing that they are both compatable with the same printer too!  I will definatly buy this product again!

These cartridges are very simple to change out with no mess what-so-ever. Lasts quite awhile.

With my Best Buy rewards, I wasable to get this ink, for $2.97. Can't beat that. I I have tried recycled ink cartridges, & have always been dissappointed. This HP ink has vivid,long-lasting color. I will always buy the original.
