Disappointed In This Print Cartridge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had HP printers and have never had a problem with purchasing an incompatible cartridge... until now. This problem has nothing to do with Best Buy. Several months ago I purchased this same cartridge # for my older Desk Jet J 4680. This is the cartridge required. Once installed I began having problems with "incompatible cartridge". I could take out & reinstall, clean the contacts, over & over again & manage to get a few pages out of it until it acted up again. When I purchased this particular cartridge, it gave me the same issues. I then was convinced it was my printer cradle problem, so I just took it out & am only using the black HP cartridge. I gave this brand new cartridge to my daughter who has the same printer & it gives her the same "incompatible" message. This makes no sense. I have no idea what is going on, unless HP has changed this cartridge in some way & now it will not fit our printers. Very disappointed about this issue.
