Brand name matters

Best Buy gives me 15% off of my ink because I am a Reward Zone Card Holder.

Why mess with anything else when you know what you are getting with the HP cartridges. "If it isn't broke, don't fix it".

Finally ink replacement with a reasonable price

But this time I used some best buy rewards and they added an extra discount that I didn't plan on, so it cost me less then $10 !!!

After I have showed the cashier the on line price on my smart phone, she adjusted the price without any question asked. I am happy with my purchase.

Works fine out of the box but the replacement cartridges don't seem to last very long. At least the black ink isn't too costly.

But good thing best buy saved the day! It worked perfectly for his printer and will order more soon when needed. And as usual it shipped quickly!

I do not like that there is a little "time bomb" in there that tells the printer that the cartridge is too old even though it is not empty and it stops the printer from working. Wish there was a way to overide that feature.

When I insisted that he check the other clerk found the sale & I was given the sale price. from now on I will always take the advertisement to the store.

I Think it is expensive for the little amount of ink you get. Everything is so expensive especially when you have a Family and children are in school and need to their homework assignments. To get more customers to buy products bring down the price. Thank You
