    The printing mechanism broke on my printer broke after a jam. So, I can not use this ink and I can not return it.

    Seems like I run out of colored ink very quickly, and I don't print in color too often. But, what can you do? It's the ink that fits my printer.

    I purchased these cartridges because my current cartridges at the time were low. They weren’t completely out, so I purchased these for when they eventually would run out of ink. Because of the pandemic, it ended being a few weeks later. When I did put the new ones in my printer, they did not work. Somehow they were all low, too. I wasn’t even able to do an exchange due to the fact that the return/exchange period is only like 14 days. I wasn’t able to go to the store, and explained to customer service why, but they did not make any exceptions! So, guess who is stuck with defective cartridges.... Me! money wasted!

    I do not know if there was less ink in the cartridge but I was not to pleased ,it ran out of ink faster than usual.

    Get the larger cartridge for this HP printer. I print between 20 and 40 pages every couple of days and this ran out very quickly.
