Not good unless you consider $22 per page a good value. I got an email from hp saying that 2 of the three colors are low.

I'm sorry the product was not up to your standards. Two pages is a very short page yield. Was the entire color page? Photos are a significant contributor to ink usage. If you recently bought this cartridge, go to www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/ for an exchange. Please note that the return window is very time limited.

Too little ink

They only last me about a week or two when I have a lot of printing to do. If you don’t print much in color them these are great. I just wish BB stocked the XL’s so I didn’t have to pick them up at the office stores. Hey

I put in the brand new blue cartridge and after printing one page, the printer showed low blue ink warning. Soon it was almost empty. What a waste of money. With printers, it's all about the ink.

I am sorry that you had this happen to you. That does sound frustrating.
Since it seems this was caused by a defective cartridge, it is always an option to contact the seller so that they can make it right.

The pickup took forever (they could not find the package) and when I got it and set up my printer at home...empty. Very disappointed.

Posted .Hi Andy, thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you are unhappy with the page yield of your HP 902 3-pack Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Original Ink Cartridges. Historically printer manufacturers used their own methods for estimating page yield. However, this made it difficult to compare different products. Nowadays, the published page yield is based on the Industry Standard for measuring yields (refer to International Standards Organization ISO 24711). The actual yield varies considerably based on the content of the printed pages, the frequency of printing, the ink used in set-up etc. You may find that you will get more pages when printing in Fast draft mode. XL size cartridges offer up to 50% lower cost per page compared with standard size cartridges. Our recommendation would be that you leave your printer powered on in normal usage conditions, only power it down if you will not use it for an extended period of time (ie: longer than one month). The ink doesn't last long at all and when it still shows there is ink left in the cartridge, the quality of the print out is awful. It tells you that you need to replace cartridges when the print out is degraded.

HP monitors your ink levels via WiFi connection and automatically sends you ink before you run out. The cost for this service is less than half that of purchasing ink cartridges in the store.

Not sure what is happening? Also when we checked the usage the ink was almost half finished.

These refills lasted exactly two months and about twenty color pages. For the price, that is poor value. I expected much more from HP cartridges.
