I have tried alternate ink cartridges in my printer but the quality just is not there. I always replace with genuine HP cartridges.

Purchased as replacement ink for my HP6962. Mostly used for work, with most projects in black and white. Good product for the price

HP printers work best with original HP ink. I’ve never had a problem with an original HP ink cartridge working in an HP printer.

HP seems to have a monopoly on the type of ink that can be used in their printers. Seems ridiculous that ink refills cost more than the printer. Also cartridges drained by 1/8 every time you replace and install.

I could go on a long rant about this, but will just state that you can buy a new (reasonably priced) printer for what it costs to replace inks. Also, the first replacement set I bought didn't work, so had to return.

I find that the cartridges I'm using now seem to run out too fast. And it's a shame that the cartridges (564) used in my old printer (6520), don't fit this one, (my upgrade to 6978). There's really only the tiniest bit of difference.

We use a lot of ink and this is a great product. I buy it all the time because I'm in school and print a lot of papers.

Terrible customer service. I order HP Ink through Best Buy as shipping is always quick and i have never had any issues with products. Called customer service today and advised that the ink i installed a couple weeks ago, at the time of installation said the cartridges were empty. I install the ink in my printer all the time, so i knew it was not a user error. I have only printed one thing since installing the ink, printed a second item today and the Magenta and Yellow are full, but Cayan is empty. At the time of installation when it was showing empty, i did not pay much attention since i had other things to do, and it was forgot about. I would have repurchased the item if a discount would have been offered. I will not purchase anything again through Best Buy since they do not value their customers.

The cartridges always work, but very expensive per page printed. So is you have a cartridge printer that requires these, you are stuck paying the high cost.

Had to buy a 3 pack to get the colors, the black cartridge didn't fit the printer, had to buy a separate 2x black cartridge for that. Now I have a black cartridge that I don't need

It’s ink I am honestly only doing this for the points and it’s only 3 stars because it isn’t the greatest Ink of all time and it isn’t the worst. So yeah, average.

I'm used to inserting only one cartridge containing the colored ink. This has 3 separate, narrow cartridges and has protective covers that are difficult to remove. Not well-designed. Print quality is good though.

Low stock. Couldn’t get all I needed. Had to purchased color ink, which I didn’t need, in order to use my coupon.

These ink cartridges produce clean and crisp documents and photos. I only wish the black was blacker.

I couldn't find this in the large size. Also, don't like that my HP printer uses color ink for printing black when I told it not to. Ran out fast & hardly printed any color. Not the cartridges fault, I know.

Very expensive ink ; have to replace often ; Price doesn’t match yield of paper; we don’t print overly but ink runs out too fast

Always have great luck with HP Ink from Best Buy. Works perfect every time and never a problem.
