It must be disappointing to not have cartridges last long. I can understand why you rated these lower.
How a cartridge will perform in your particular printer, is affected by several variables, including the surrounding environment and the density of the prints. High-density prints (such as greeting cards, posters, images and graphs) will run a cartridge out faster, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the air is dry.
If it appears that poor performance is due to a defect or you were sent a cartridge already low on ink, please contact the seller.
According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. I'm sorry the product was not up to your standards. Two pages is a very short page yield. Was the entire color page? Photos are a significant contributor to ink usage. If you recently bought this cartridge, go to www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/ for an exchange. Please note that the return window is very time limited.

They only last me about a week or two when I have a lot of printing to do. If you don’t print much in color them these are great. I just wish BB stocked the XL’s so I didn’t have to pick them up at the office stores. Hey
