      I am sorry that the cartridges that you got for your printer didn't work very well. I can understand why you rated this low!

      I would advise you to return them, because you should have been able to print more than 16 copies.

      Hi,

      I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the cartridges you were sent. It does seem odd that they are not lasting longer.

      Here are a few tips that might help lower your ink usage:
      - You can use the printer's draft mode and black-only settings, whenever possible, to save ink.
      - Shutting the printer down between uses can also help; however, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That lets it ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying.
      - Instant Ink might be worth trying. The subscription plans are based on how many pages you print. You can check out the details at: HPinstantink.com

      When it seems that the low page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, it is always an option to contact the seller about it.

    Ir works well. It is on a printer that gets little use so use more ink putting it through clean mode. Can't get the owner of the printer to print one page a month.

    Like all ink, this cartridge pack is a gimmick. Unless you are printing on a regular basis, it will dry out. I normally have to buy this pack every 6 months after I print 10-20 pages.
