    The product delivered was not only expired, it was none functional. A piece of crap but charged. There is no agreement that required protection of the product has been maintained! The product was not function or useable, but charged anyway.

    Sale by date is many months away but unfortunately one of the three cartridges did not work.

      There are many reasons the cartridge might be encountering trouble. Let's get this issue solved for you. Did the printer recognize the cartridge? This is the first step. To get it to recognize the cartridge is new, restart it. Once restarted, reinsert the cartridge. Check on the printhead and print rollers if the issue is smeared or faded ink.
