GOOD PRICE ON INK

When I purchased my printer I was told that the ink that came with the printer was only a small amount and would not last too long. So I decided that I had better get some to have on hand in case it suddenly ran out of ink when I was needing to print something. Sorry I can't give more info on the quality of the ink until my printer runs out of ink...but I can say that the price was way better here than what I have found it priced elsewhere.

Good Ink.....a little pricey

I always think about the mark up on these items when it certainly can't cost that much to produce, in the long run. I also wonder who is getting most of the profit after the sale, when taking in the fact that HP has a corner on the market, for their cartridges. It would be nice if these would become lost leaders for the stores which are selling them.

HP needs to rethink packaging and instructions

The first time I tried to replace the cartridges, I almost cried because the instructions on the HP package were nonexistent. I had to go back to Best Buy to have my favorite sales rep show me how. A few diagrams would help.
