    HP makes good ink, much better than generic brands. I would recommend this product to others. Best Buy has a excellent order online, curbside pick up system. There is never a long wait and the employees have been friendly and courteous.

    I hate replacing this and all other HP cartridges (color) on my printer. The packaging is difficult to remove (particularly the orange "thingie" on the actual cartridge. Instructions are nonexistent - a few diagrams would help. While the ink is ok, I would not buy this product if I was aware of a viable alternative.

    This ink is the HP ink made by HP. i bought the knock off ink and it ruined my machine. The HP ink is very overpriced but if if you own a HP printer you come out ahead buying their ink as our experience with the knock offs is our printer had to be replaced after using non HP ink.

    I tend to be a klutz in dealing with computers and printers. I usually have someone else do the work. When I got this black ink cartridge I was on my own so bit the bullet and I did it, installed it! It is so easy. It has taken the scary part out.
