Purchased as replacement ink for my HP6962. Mostly used for work, with most projects in black and white. Good product for the price

It's just ink and like all ink it is the most expensive part of the printing process, but it does a nice job on the HP printers, it just runs out quickly.

The refill was the same as always and service in the store was excellent no problems there! I’ll continue to do business with Best Buy as I have for 15 plus years. The ink issue is an hp problem.

Had a few challenges getting it to print. I wasn't sure why, since it was the recommended product.

My new printer required this ink, and I am pleased with the quality of my prints. It seems to last longer than my old ink.

It’s difficult to find this product in stock. The was of poor quality. I switch my children to a different copying machine because I refuse to buy the product again.

It's black ink. Big deal. It works. Too bad HP is so expensive and not consumer friendly.

I have mentioned this before, but it is a sign of our disposable society that replacing inks in a printer costs just as much if not more than buying a new printer.

Ordered a simple ink cartridge which I ordered in Sun might snd it was supposed to be at the store soon Monday I went in for it. Clerk informed me they had to order it as none were at the store and he would have it delivered to my house by Tued or Wed st the latest. It is now Sat night almost 1 week and now they say Mon the 13th. Not good

This printer and replacement ink cartridges have become a terrible money pit ! I don’t recommend this unit which is only a few years old while ink needs replacement very very often.

This print cartridge could have been made so that it is easier to insert. I had to remove a plastic tab then gently guide the very narrow cartridge into a slender slot of my printer.

I went to but ink for my computer. Everyone was helpful and friendly. When I arrived several, employees said "Hi". When I left they said "Good bye" "Have a good day". I was asked if I needed help. I said "no" because I knew where the ink was.

Did exactly what I thought it would do and actually still am using it. Good dark black

Captive audience, non-HP ink is bad for your printer. Very hard to find larger size, only been able to get it once in a Best Buy store

Bought the cartridge for immediate use and i had to replace it in less than a month. It have to have been an old cartridge as they normally last awhile.

Seems to quickly run out considering printer is not used very often. I would research prior to purchase.

If we buy individual ink it costs a lot more than buying the whole pack a four colors

Ink carteidge for HP unit. Wrong size and had to return the unit.

Always good ink. I’m a big believer in buying manufacturer’s ink. Works great!

I told best buy ink was almost gone when i got them. The color also and they didnt care. They said i couldnt return and now im out over $80
