    ive tried refurbished cartridges and they worked well, I could hardly tell the difference until I got a cartridge that "chocked" my print head. Thought about buying another printer but the size of these cartriges are awesome compared to the newer models. Anyway, I repaired the print head with an injectble fluid and used OEM cartridges ever since with no problem
