    Black is black. Like all inkjets, seems to run too fast. I would not buy a 3rd arty cartridge or refill.

    I've had trouble with repurposed / refilled cartridges that I've bought in the past so now I only buy the factory HP cartridges. I've never had a problem with any of them, it's worth the extra cost to avoid the headaches. Delivery from Best Buy was seamless and prompt.
