    I always thought that printing quality depends on the printer. But I was sadly mistaken. Although buying the 'official' HP toner (as opposed to refurbished or from a 3rd-party) is more expensive, the printing quality and ink life is much better.

    I always get my ink at Best Buy unless I have coupon from Staples or Office Depot! I did get a bad cartridge and it was easily exchanged with no problem !
