HP cartridges are always best as well as expensive. Its dissappointing that you cannot use third party cartridges in HP printers

This is worth the value as the XL will last longer than the average cartridge for all HP printers

This ink cartridge does the job, but it would be better if it lasted longer or cost less.

printer toner is the last great monopoly and the cartridges planned obsolescence is part of the problem. i hate paying for these things.

This cartridge is the only way to get black for my printer, to get the colors, I had to buy a 3pack and throw away the black cartridge that's too small for the printer. Cost was not expected.

for use with my HP Pro 6978. Ink is expensive so the XL package saves a bit & lasts longer.

Good quality ink always does good printing and seems to get accurate pages

The cost seems to be high for the limited volume for each cartridge. Also it is necessary to use printer at least once a week or you run the risk of print head drying out. I did not know this originally.

My HP printer died right after I bought all new ink (cost about $120). I had just installed the 4 ink cartridges (902 black XL, yellow, magenta, and cyan---when the printer stopped working. My husband kindly purchased a NEW HP printer that took the same (902) ink thinking that I could still use the ink I had purchased. But NO. A note appeared on my new HP printer that I can't use the ink-- because the ink had been "used in another printer." Wrong. Installed but never used. I purchased expensive genuine HP ink cartridges, and they are all useless. I called HP and the lady who answered the phone said there was nothing HP could do to solve this problem. So, instead of doing anything to help me, she asked if I wanted to join their ink program. NO! We have had HP printers for the past 20+ years. I will NEVER buy another one.

Dissatisfied with these cartridges. I waited to buy them because everyone was out of stock. These didn't last long and seemed like they were dried out.

It's works fine , just pricey and don't last long, the reason I gave it 3 stars because of the price and ink duration, I recommend it because there's nothing else out there

I bought black and color cartridge together to get the discount. No complains for now.

Am a long-time HP customer --- numerous desktops, laptops and printers. Recently replaced a reliable HP 8600 (had it for 10 years) that finally died, with HP 6970, which uses this ink. Printer is often in "Printer offline" mode and is much less efficient with ink use than the 8600. Disappointing.

Cartridge in works fine, no problems, excepting it is very expensive per page. I am stuck because I have an older printer requiring cartridges.

I have always had great quality with this HP ink. It last a fairly long time.

No matter what I've tried my printer won't recognize the cartridge and so I can't print a darn thing.

Not really sure what to say - it’s ink. I guess these would always be better if they were less expensive and lasted longer but that will never happen!

Not a big fan of HP ink. Not sure if it’s the printer or the ink but I don’t print a lot because it runs out so quickly.
