I have received 4 automatically shipped ink replacements but it took over a week to receive each one. I had to go to a store or order direct to get the ink when I needed it.

I am very sorry that you aren't 100% satisfied by the program, but very glad that you like the ink.
One of the advantages of Instant Ink is that you should never run out of a color. The cartridges should be sent in plenty of time to allow for shipping and be ready before a cartridge runs out. Perhaps you have had connection problems or something that is causing this delay in the process.
