    While I am not keen on the cost of these cartridges, I do not want to risk buying a non-OEM and run into compatibility issues when the printer runs its test on installation. I have not run a test to compare the non-XL version to this one to see if it's worth the extra cost. However, with two high school-aged students, I'd likely be getting cartridges far more frequently.
