We have really enjoyed our new printer, makes printing very easy. The children in our classes are enjoying all the new material we can now print for them on our new computers. I love that we signed up for the automatic shipping. Now when we're running low on ink the printer gives us the option to go ahead and order more.

There's not that much to say. It's ink, but importantly, it's the manufacturer's ink. If you try third party brands, they may work for you, or not... Choose accordingly. In our experiences across several decades and many printers, we now choose to stick with the OEM ink. Given that almost every ink we've ever used has not lasted as many pages as expected (but we are a low use household) this works and tends to most reliably do the job.

Full time work. Full time school. Don't have time to run out of ink. Love the product and the service. Can't say how many times I've run out of ink late at night, just to have the refill sitting there waiting to be needed because the printer told BestBuy to send it.

Easy to load, great color ink . Just wish Best Buy would always have the multi color pack in rock its a lot cheaper

No mess no fuss. I have the easy replenish program with a 10% savings and it comes in the mail before my old one wears out. I like the large size . It lasts longer

I always use genuine HP Ink because it never fails. I tried to save money and bought a cheaper brand only to find the cartridge was only half full. Ugh!
