I have definitely printed at most 20 pages if not less not the 300 pages the cartridge information states. I attempted to reach customer service, was on hold for 15 minutes then hung-up. Disappointed. Maybe it is the HP printer :[

I see the cartridges are missing your expectations. While I cannot change all of the feedback, I can teach you to conserve ink and save money. Start by using print preview. Limit the print quality settings to save ink. You can also print only in black ink. Dryness is one of the most prominent issues with early ink depletion. As such, routine maintenance is critical.

Faded ink is not fun and a hassle. I will gladly help you tackle this issue and mitigate frustration. On your computer, go to the Print Properties dialog box. Increase the print quality and change the print density settings. Look at the print in draft mode before printing to ensure it meets your standards. You can also adjust the paper settings to match your current printing paper.

Ink and printer are garbage

Not sure if it’s the printer or the ink, I will however be getting rid of both as the HP printer has been nothing but trouble and is less than a year old.

Bought this as the replacement ink to keep on hand when the rest went bad, so it’s been over 3 months since I purchased it, and I just know I won’t get a refund or replacement.

It's quite the racket!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you are only printing in black and white, there is little need to replace the color cartridges. Replacements are needed occasionally. Print preview is a great suggestion if you would like to save additional ink. Decreasing the print quality setting can save ink. XL cartridges also provide greater value.
