    No refill or aftermarket option

    Newer printers read a chip that's on the cartridge that guages how many pages have been printed. After a certain number of pages that cartridge is rendered useless regardless if it's refilled with ink. You're forced to purchase brand new ink each time instead of reusing the old ones. IMO this is not godd for the environment.

    Show like an unofficial cartridge. And best buy said sorry, if you open the box, is your problem

      From your review, it’s a little hard to figure out what is going on. Still, I am sorry you had to go through this experience.

      From your description, it appears you received an error message. This site, www.support.hp.com/us-en/help/diagnostics?category=printing&issue=ink-cartridge-issues/, has some great tips on resolving error messages.

      The vendor sets return policies. I always recommend customers try out new cartridges immediately upon arrival. That way, any issues can be resolved directly.
