    The ink that Best Buy sold me was in bad condition; it was dried out and useless. I returned it, and the excuse they gave me was that I had to call HP, as if they had sold it to me. I don't recommend buying from Best Buy; their customer service is terrible and they are rude.

    You can never print the number of pages that are promised. My printer broke down during the Covid shut downs and other printers were not available.

      Hello Delsal,

      I read you are getting fewer pages than in the advertisements. I can shed some light on the advertised number. The number is an average. Individual use changes the number of pages you get per cartridge. Want to get more pages? Plan every page with a print preview. If you must print, print in black ink and not color ink. The thinner paper helps save ink because the ink is deposited easily.
