Wrong ink cartridge at curbside pickup

These are the wrong cartridges! Annoyed that staff cannot get do this simple task. Now I have to go back again.

I understand your feelings about the product and would like to assist. To get the full value of each cartridge, follow the tips below.
Print designs with colors can cause the ink to run out sooner than expected. Posters, images, and thick paper can cause the ink to dry out quicker.
It is recommended to use black ink when possible to maximize color ink cartridges. Turning your printer off or using sleep mode in between prints saves ink from air exposure.
Lastly, viewing the document in a draft mode or print preview can save printing unnecessary copies.
