    My printer was under Best Buy warranty. At first the gentleman said the Geek Squad did not fix printers, but they would send someone out. The fee would be nearly $100. I protested because it was under warranty. Reluctantly he checked it out, discovering I had the wrong no. of ink. He put in the correct cartridge. I pd my bill and thanked him.

    It's not a whole lot of fun paying that much for ink but you do get very good cartridges when you by the replacements from HP.
