    These worked fine after having a problem with “generic” that my printer knew they were not HP products. The generic were ordered on Amazon. Don’t make a mistake!

    I purchase on January 5,2021 some black cartridge and order color cartridge, they charge my me but they did not gave me a receipt, they told me they are in order, it is already 4 weeks and I want to know when I will receive the 2 set of color cartridge. Thank you very much. my Membership ID is 4834860472 I tried to get on your website but they said that my password is incorrect and that they will send it to my email address it it takes more than 15 minutes and I cannot enter my code because it will expired.
