    It might be the printer but my b/w print are on the light side, however it is very good ink , I have been using Hp printers and ink for many years.

    The product was good, but the black ink was leaking. I wanted to return it, but I was so lazy to return it. My advice is that when the production of this ink is completed, the product inspectors should make sure that they are really ready for sale.

    Needed this for printing a high volume of text based documents. The spec's indicate it should yield 825 pages but I only got about 650 out of it. I have since got on the Instant Ink program. HP, get real about your ink yields!

    The Hp Ink was more expensive compare to other brand. The shipping was pretty fast I had it shipped to the store. The HP 910 came in early. I will not buy this brand of printer again
