    sales associate pulled up my printer model in store and was to bring me two ink cartridges curbside. These are the wrong cartridges! Annoyed that staff cannot get do this simple task. Now I have to go back again.

    I bought these early and then when I needed them and put it in my printer it says they are damaged and I can not return them now. Do Not buy these from Best Buy

    Took forever for Best Buy to ship this to me even though they guaranteed free next day shipping. I finally revived it 9 days from my order. Next time, I’ll buy it from Staples or Costco.

      Hi there,

      I understand your feelings about the product and would like to assist. To get the full value of each cartridge, follow the tips below.

      Print designs with colors can cause the ink to run out sooner than expected. Posters, images, and thick paper can cause the ink to dry out quicker.

      It is recommended to use black ink when possible to maximize color ink cartridges. Turning your printer off or using sleep mode in between prints saves ink from air exposure.

      Lastly, viewing the document in a draft mode or print preview can save printing unnecessary copies.

    The cartridge was out of ink after I printed 7 regular pages. This was a bad cartridge.

    I only buy HP ink for my HP printer/copier. I always is easy to install and is nice and dark, not gray the way some off brands are. It is convenient for e to stop at my local Best Buy, as they are so helpful with my ink purchases.
