Good printer ink

When I installed the cartridges the printer said one was defective. After checking the cartridge I noticed that it was missing a piece that secured it into place. Manufactures fault. I did contact the manufacture HP to fix the problem and got run around. Took back to best buy and received exchange. Make sure to check cartridge's.
