The cartridges produce good colors and are easy to install in the machine. The main drawback is that they are a little expensive for the size of the cartridge. I see why HP has the online replacements but I still prefer to purchase my own ink.

It is essential for your printers, so also pricey a little bit.

I have always purchased the HP product at Best Buy since I have owned the printer. I have never tried a generic substitute. I like the service and availability at Best buy. Convenient and great customer service. The associate always does a price comparison for me

I always buy HP ink for my HP printers. I want my products to last a long time and my printed material to have a professional look. If you let the ink cartridge sit in the printer without regular use it 'dries up' quickly. I'm not sure how this happens, but I have experienced this on more than one cartridge.

I had a very important report to print when my printer ran out of ink! I ran out the the closest Best Buy to get a refill. I knew they would have it because I checked online before I left the house! The HP refill is perfect!

I went to a Best Buy store to look for ink cartridges for my computer, but they did not have what I needed. I received an email about the ink and was able to get it by ordering online and was able to get a discount on it.

I found out the hard way that if you are not using HP cartridges, your in trouble. Other cartridges are not as reliable as HP ones are. I know this from experience and I will only use HP 920 3 pack in my HP Printer.

I buy ink for my HP printer a couple times a year. Beat Buy always has the ink I need in stock. I always use the HP brand ink because I have no reason to buy cheap, knock off ink. HP is always reliable.

I highly recommend buying the combo pack rather than the individual ink cartridges, it's much less expensive. I just wish the color ones came in the XL like the black ink does.

HP cartridges always work well and I appreciate the credit that Best Buy gives when you bring back the empties. However, HP cartridges are too expensive. Offering XL version of the color three pack would be nice.

No problems with the ink. Just wont buy another HP printer because they use way too much ink and become expensive.

First time I've had to buy a replacement. Don't print a lot in color so this standard size should last a while, wish there was an XL color option

This ink is good but does not last long enough. If you leave for awhile you have to replace the ink cartridges. The ink is expensive.

wasted a lot of money on off brand cartridges or loading and costco...unsuccessful...stick with the brand and buy from Best Buy for Member discount!

Can always depend on Best Buy having the ink cartridges I need for my two HP printers. Their prices beat the cost anywhere else.

I've always had a great deal of faith in HP products and the place to buy them at a great price is the one and only Best Buy store.
