HP ink cartride

My current printer-all-in-one 6500 won't print so I bought a new black ink cartridge. It didn't work! So i came back to your store & bought another one. That one didn't work either. Nothing I could do helped. Finally called HP for help after doing everything their online said to try. Bottom line: it's the printer head that needs to be replaced but that's no guarantee it will fix my problem. I'm now stuck with one hundred dollars worth of opened ink - I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. It's not your fault I blame HP for this.

It's an ink cart
