Because the ink will often diminish from the cartridge even when going for weeks without using it, it's good that this cartridge has an extra supply of it. I'm guessing the ink probably dries up when not used for long periods.

My ink came in the mail, box crushed - not that it mattered much. The kicker was that it had a use by date just two months away. I buy my ink in advance of running out so I'm not in a bind. Hope this works when I need it.

I do not know is it is actually this particular ink cartridge or my printer not wanting to work with it that is causing my copies not to print out in black and white but I do consider this ink cartridge a decent buy for the price.

I think we all know the story with buying ink cartridges. Everything works great but it costs a fortune. That's the business model that hp has chosen and I can't really complain because I was dumb enough to buy the printer.

It's ink, if you can read you should know how it works... and if you have an HP printer you don't really have much of a choice. If you need a review to decide whether or not you want to buy it, you've got bigger things to deal with.

I removed the old black cartridge, installed the new one and did not have any black print at all. After many cleaning using the printer function, it still did not work. (I also wasted $45 worth of color ink by using the cleaning function.) After sitting the cartridge upright for several days and made sure the vent hole was open, it finally started to print. After about 10 printed pages, it stopped dispensing ink again. Luckily I had a second cartridge... but the same thing happened with that one too! WOW, I could have purchased a different brand printer with all the wasted money!

First cartridge worked for about 10 pages then stopped working Second cartridge worked fine. Best Buy replaced the failed cartridge which is why I use Best Buy.

I must have this for my printer. I sure wish it lasted longer or was a bit cheaper at least or there was coupons for it cause it runs out and I don't use it as as fast as it runs out.

Not Best Buys fault, but HP charges way too much for their ink cartridges. I can almost buy a new printer for the cost of replacing the whole set of cartridges (I know - that is exactly their goal...)

In my experience, the XL cartridges always dry out at the connection point before the ink is fully used. Nothing I have tried will fix this. I'm assuming this is due to our low humidity in AZ.

No better or worse quality than other cartridges(except for 'after market' non-brand) but HP ink always pricey. Can't never figure out if it's really 1200 pages as they claim.

I buy 920XL(s) for my Hp Printer. The problem is that the Cartridges just don't last very long for the price of the cartridges. I wish there was another alternative.

This ink is very usel because I recently ran out so I need some, it was pretty costly but it was useful.

If you have an HP printer.... do not use anything else. But the price is way too high

I've tried some of the off brand inks and this works the best with my printer.

Over priced ink but does the job. If you don’t use it a lot it drys our fast than expected!

I don’t know if it’s me but it seemed as if the ink ran out faster than usual.

I find the ink quality to be adequate however the amount of ink, even in the larger capacity cartridge does not last very long

Cartridges although of good quality run out of ink way too quickly and are expensive.

Its a good product and is priced as well as anywhere else available, but it still does not seem to last very long.
