Good printer but I'm questioning the cartridges

I kept getting an printer ink error. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I replaced it with another HP932XL cartridge and my printer worked fine.

This situation is very unfortunate. If you received a cartridge with damaged packaging, I would immediately return it.
