    I couldn't be more disappointed!! Purchased the ink cartridge, installed in my printer and it wouldn't print a drop of ink. Returned it to Best Buy and was graciously given another. Got home, and same thing. No printing! However was told, "next time there will be no return!" So, I'm out 30 some dollars and my printer is still off line. Come to find out, B.B. is selling cartridges that are not original HP cartridges, but refills from Hati or the Dominican Republic. I didn't know this with either purchase but after the second fail I read the box and noticed they were not original HP cartridges. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

    when I put it in to the printer, the screen read 90% full but it was fresh out of the box!

    Never have to clean heads. Ink is expensive. Thinking of going to the super yeilds.

    I had a 6600 printer and it used a lot of ink so I switched to a laser printer
