I purchased the black only because that's what ran out didn't realize after months of non use all 3 color cartridges dried up and had to be replaced. Now I have 3 new cartridges lets see how long it last with school starting and projects already rolling in.

This ink is the only that works with my printer and it is good but kind of runs out fast. However, Best Buy has a great recycling program for empty cartridges, giving you a coupon to use when you need more ink.

It was ordered, it was shipped, it was ready when they said it would be ready, and it was picked up without a hitch. No fuss, no muss.

I have priced around several office stores in the area and Best Buy was the least expensive for the same product sold for more elsewhere. Plus you get reward points with every purchase.

Been shopping at Office Depot for years for my ink. Thought I was getting a good deal for cartridges. Didn't realize I could save money buying them from bestbuy.

I have always used HP ink even though sometimes I refill at Walgreens for cost efficiency when confronted with so much to print. My choice of Ink.

I do most of my shopping at best buy. Computer, printer, software, some music, cd, DVD and printer cartridges. Service has always been great and the products are top notch.

I have not used it yet as smart TV. Picture is excellent, sound is fine for smaller living room. I really like it.

Best Buy SALESMEN WAS VERY HELPFULL IN HELPING TOO GET EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED FOR MY NEW HP COMPUTER SYSTEMS ALL IN ONE SHOPPING TRIP. SAVEING ME SEVERAL TRIPS GOING BACK & FORTH FOR THESE VARIOUS COMPUTER SYSTEM ITEMS, SAVEING ME MONEY ON VEHICLE GAS TRIPS.

I've always bought my refill ink cartridges from Best Buy as I can always rely on the product being at the store.

don't really have allot of insight here. This is about the 10th time I've bought this. I think ink cartridge refills are a big racket. that's my only beef with not this one specifically, but it's the price.

Product was in stock. Checkout was quick & easy. COVID safety measures were in place & followed by employees.

Well worth it it was a great by you got to be careful when you're buying ink plan ahead and grab the ink on sale and you should be fine

I print on my OfficeJet mostly in black and white Therefore, I prefer to use the XL cartridge. Best Buy always has them in stock, so I don't have to go all over town.

the printer keeps using it up in the shortest amount of time...nearly time to get another printers.....combined with the colored cartridge i am spending nearly two hundred per year...

I needed a quality replacement fast that didn't break the bank.

Better capability with this XL than a 932. Would recommend this versus the standard cartridge.

Everything I have purchased from Best Buy I have been most happy with, to include a Dell laptop that I purchased back in 2009.! Great customer service as well.

Always use HP Ink Cartridges. I buy the XL as it saves on cartridge by-product waste.
