    I tried going the cheap way and it doesn't work. It pays to buy the "real" cartridges. At least for me it does.

    My experience at best buy was good although I had to wait awhile in the line. Two cashiers and one was in training. They however apologize when I went up to them to cash my items.

    the 932XL is a very good size for ink toner. Always get the this one rather than the smaller ink toners.

    The ink runs out fast. The XL lasts a little longer than the regular cartridges but for the price it should last longer.
