I purchased these online because I really like the quality of the HP ink. Within a few hours of placing my order, there was a knock on my front door, and a delivery driver had my package. I had not asked for any expedited delivery. This was outstanding customer service.

I prefer original cartridges to refills, they last longer and don't cause a problem with the printer; Some of the refills leak and destroy a printer, so it isn't worth the difference in price, to buy the cheap refills;

I never thought to purchase ink cartridges from Best Buy but it was very easy to order online. I like to have extra on hand so I can always use my printer.

Easy to install and provide excellent print quality. Never had any issues with them other than how quickly my printer uses them up. I took one star off just because I feel they cost too much.

Works well in my HP printer. My only concern is it’s price. You end up paying the price of the printer every year if you go through a few cartridges. Would like recycle process to reduce cost and reduce waste.

An inkjet printer needs ink, like a human needs air. This tricolor ink is like air for my printer. And because it has ink, it continues to live. And it lives well, thank you to this 933 tricolor ink from HP.

I like to buy the original HP cartridges for my printer. costs a little extra than the no-name brands, but I know they will not mess up my printer! Convenient to have all three colors at once. Mine tend to run out about the same time.

This produce was exactly as described but my HP printer was having issues and not accepting the magenta color. Changing out the cartridges many times also proved that the sensor that detects the amount of volume in the cartridge is programed to read it low. After replacing the cartridges multiple time it read as using up at least 1/4-1/3 the amount (nothing has been printed yet). The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the price of the cartridges and cartridges cant be returned after opening and there was no way to check if my printers issues was due to low ink or an issue with the hardware in the printer before purchasing the ink

I love going to Best Buy. Always see something you just have to get. I picked up these cartridges for my Hp printer, that were on special. What a supper deal.

Having our hard off brands before, I only now buy HP ink for HP printers. The quality abs performance you get with HP is not worth the risk taken with off brands

I tried the off-brand cartridges. Several didn't work (although the vendor said he would replace them), a few worked but the colors weren't up the quality of the HP. So pay a little more and get quality that you can depend on.

Good quality, and good clarity...prints very well.

The good news is you only need one cartridge for everything. The bad news is that when one color runs out, you have to replace all 4. However, I find that the life and price of the cartridge is such that the one time replace all is not a huge deal.

I was happy that I was able to purchased my ink cartridges from Best Buy using my rewards point. The cartridges are pretty expensive but I only had to pay $3.78. Thanks Best Buy

Easy to swap in and out from my HP printer, these cartridges are relatively affordable and easy to find. Thing that kills me is that I can print only in black or greyscale for months on end and somehow drain red, blue, and yellow. How?

Ink works well for what we needed, ink is all expensive so I'd recommend the XL pack for cost effectiveness.

I always use HP printer cartridges and like to buy them in multi-color packets. Colors work great on photos I print. I always keep an extra pack on hand so that I never run out. Best Buy always has them in stock when needed.
