    Love Best Buy's service. HP's printer ink is overpriced. I hate that HP printers will not print in black ink only if a color is out.

    It's great to have ink for a printer when you need it however it is gone before you know it!! There needs to be more in each of these HP!!

    Although good, the top cleaning process uses up too much ink. Product is never on sale, as it used to be - disappointing!

    We use our printer minimally. The ink cartridges never seem to last more than a few months. That's after about 75-100 basic prints.

    It's ink. It's expensive and will run out. What more can I say. They did price match with Amazon so I saved a few dollars

    Sadly, there isn't enough ink in this to last very long. You definitely need the XL to make 6 months.

    The Ink Cartridges Are A Little Over Priced For These Tiny Cartridges. Coupons And Best Buy Points Make It More Reasonable, It Just Sucks That They Don't Offer The Colored Cartridges In XL But They Do In Black.Try Not To Buy A Printer That Requires This Ink Cartridge Number And The Manufacturer Does Not Fill Them Full Like When You Buy A Bag Of Chips And 30 Percent Is Air Same Concept.

    HP maintains a monopoly so one must buy their ink cartridges. I go to Best Buy because I like their clean stores.

    The ink runs out fast, but all ink jets do. You have to print one page a week so the cartridge doesn't dry out.
