I have learned that off-brand ink cartridges are not as reliable, do not work as long, and sometimes arrive empty! I only buy HP print cartridges for my three HP printers.

I buy this printer ink because it's what my printer calls for. My Best Buy is always low on the ink, and many times it's hard to locate associates available to help locate it in the store, or answer any questions I may have.

This is the only product that works in my HP printer. When I first started using this product, I was very pleased. Now I do not get as many copies and am constantly replacing. I would recommend it but with the caveat that it must be replaced often.

This ink fits my wireless HP printer and the print jobs come out with good color. The ink does not seem to last very long so I purchase at least 4 times per year.

I bought the regular instead of the XL not because of value, but because I believe since I do not print much the XL dries out before it is used anyway. Great for making photos at home.

This is the only Local place that I can find this ink, I have an older model HP that I love, and if BestBuy didn’t stock this ink, I would have to order it online.

I was printing labels for a project for work. when it ran out, placed an order for the color one, within 20 mins item was ready for pickup, fast service. I love using this service, extremely convenient for me.

Overall the ink does the job you buy it for! Although, personally I would have preferred the XL versions... Have you ever noticed that the cost of buying a New Printer is usually cheaper then buying replacement ink cartridges?

I used to use the knock off inks. I found that over time the price difference was no good trade off when it came to quality of image. Maybe the newer knock offs are better, but I'm stuck with my past experience.

When you need a specific ink cartridge for your printer, choices are limited, but going with the manufacturers cartridge assures you it will work with your printer. This one works with my printer.

I always buy this ink but sometimes not together in the combo pack but it's cheaper to buy them altogether. Good choice!

it worked great! I have bought generic cartridges sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Most of the time the ink in a generic doesn't match the quantity in an HP cartridge.

Getting hard to find now. Always can rely on Best Buy.

Original equipment always works best! Have tried refills but they don't last as long and if you don't use them fast enough they clog.

Pricing is too high for a small fill of ink, an inexpensive material. Also, printer requires a magenta cartridge to print in black, even if set to black only. Black should be black, without the need for a second cartridge (color).

I would like to see a more competitive/ lower pricing from HP. However, my company has used their printers and cartridges for over 10 years and have never had an issue.

Great help at Best Buy to determine the correct model number for my printer. Unfortunately, the store was sold out Using Best Buy online' web site, ordering was a breeze, especially with free shipping!

This printer only runs on genuine HP ink cartridges, so they are the only option. The cartridges do not last long is my only complaint. For the price, you should get much more use out of them, even the XL pack doesn't last long.
